Hexa Oil and Gas LLC - AbuDhabi

Note: The decent building backside is not hexa its much smaller and its in right side corner

Thats right this is the name of one of the worst companies in the gulf. This is the Manpower Supply company and they wont mention it at the time of interview. When you ask at the time of interview they will say that our company is having major projects in al over the UAE but what they really do is, they will send ( or sell) you to their clients for manpower supply and i will promise you that you will be treated very worse than a helper in that company and you wont be able to stand for even five minutes. The client will buy you giving approximately 20 to 40 dirahms per hour, that is equal to 4160 dirahms to 8320 dirahms per month but all you get paid will be 1000 dirahms to 2000 dirahms at the max. So the client will want that money worth from you.

In this image you will see that the category of the company is C

One more fascinating thing is if you are selected as an electrician or instrument technician, they wont send you for that duty. They will send you for whatever job that is available such as fitter, helper, cable puller etc., So please keep in mind guys that you wont get good salary, you wont get any experience and you will definitely forget what you already know.
While coming to medical they will provide you only medical card which its benefits are it will cover only 70% of the expenditures. And there wont be any vehicle arranged for you whatsoever so that consider the transportation expenses also in mind. Even there wont be any timely response from the company.
Some of the rules of the company are...
1). You shouldn't attempt to go to office without getting permission, if you do so you will be marked absent for one day. What kind of company puts absent for visiting office?
2). There wont be any increments even after completion of one year. They sent printed circular regarding this when i was working there. Even it is mentioned in your offer letter also you wont get any increments.
3). You have to go to whatever duty that is available no matter if you are an electrician or instrument technician or even engineer. (There are guys who completed BE/Btech still working in hexa as helper)
This is a MANPOWER SUPPLY COMPANY AND YOU DONT HAVE A CAREER I IT.
They will come to you in the name of Hexa Oil and Gas LLC, Pearl Technical, Hexa Electromechanical, Meem Media and Heavenly god knows what are all the other new names they can think of.

Jeetle Scam Revealed [Proof attached]

Jeetle.com is an Indian company which says that the process works on reverse bidding. But when you deposit some money and start bidding, you will never win any of the product until the world ends. And i got a proof for that. Take a look at the images below

My bid amount was RS.18.24 which is informed that it is unique & not lowest, but jeetle says the product was sold for RS.24.30. Now you calculate by yourself that which one is lowest.

Or the people working with jeetle needs a mathematician to teach them? Well i will my 10 months old daughter. She can do maths better than them.

YouTube Plans To Challenge The Cable With 'Channels'

The world's largest video site announced that it’s lined up a slew of new content partners who will be developing shows for the site, covering everything from sports to comedy to music. The news had been rumored for some time, including a report last week in the WSJ.

In a blog post announcing the news, YouTube says its goal with these channels is to “give you more reasons to keep coming back again and again”. The post references the so-called “defining channels” born out of cable, like MTV, ESPN, and CNN, and says that the next generation of these will emerge on YouTube.  And for advertisers, these channels will represent a new way to engage and reach their global consumers.

The first of these new original channels will appear on YouTube starting next month and continuing over the next year. They’ll be available to you on any internet-connected device, anywhere in the world, with all the interactivity and social features of YouTube built right in.

Apple Profit for this year Rises about 85%

As on the reports upto 25th September of this year Apple shows the net profit as $25.9bn, which 85% rise from the last year.

Even that was not enough with the shares falling nearly 5% in after-hours trading. As there were no major products released in the fourth quarter of this year the apple could not achieve more than this. Since the death of Apple's co-founder Steve Job this the first set of results.

In the fourth quarter of the year, Apple sold 17.1 million iPhones, which was a 21% increase on the same period last year, and 11.1 million iPads, which was a 166% increase. But analysts expected the sales of iPhone around 20 million pieces in the quarter.

Apple said sales were decreased in September by customers expecting for the new version of the iPhone which is nothing but iPhone 4S, which was released on 14 October. Which is not included in this report. But iPhone 4S sold over four million of the new models in the first three days after launch.

One of the analyst at BGC Partners Colin Gillis said that the numbers came in weak. They need to set records every time they report to keep up the momentum.

But the sales of the Mac computers for the last year were 3.6 million. This was increased to this year by 27% which is precisely over 4.9 million Mac computers.

Analyst at Sterne Agee Shaw Wu said "The numbers are actually quite good. The reason why the stock is off - I think some of the analysts got carried away".

Google Shutdowns more services: Buzz, Code Search & More

The Google Vice President for the product department Bradley Horowitz's post in its official blog says that the google terminating several more products such as Jaiku, Buzz, Code search engine, iGoogle features and the University Research Program for Google Search.

Here’s the latest update:
  • Code Search, which was designed to help people search for open source code all over the web, will be shut down along with the Code Search API on January 15, 2012.
  • In a few weeks we’ll shut down Google Buzz and the Buzz API, and focus instead on Google+. While people obviously won't be able to create new posts after that, they will be able to view their existing content on their Google Profile, and download it usingGoogle Takeout.
  • Jaiku, a product we acquired in 2007 that let users send updates to friends, will shut down on January 15, 2012. We’ll be working to enable users to export their data from Jaiku.
  • Several years ago, we gave people the ability to interact socially on iGoogle. With our new focus on Google+, we will remove iGoogle's social features on January 15, 2012. iGoogle itself, and non-social iGoogle applications, will stay as they are.
  • The University Research Program for Google Search, which provides API access to our search results for a small number of approved academic researchers, will close on January 15, 2012.

Google also said that it will be closing down the Google Labs site, as it promised earlier. That site will be gone as of today, so get your last visit in now. In addition, Boutiques.com and Like.com will now be replaced by Google Product Search.
